amazing stay, totally loved it!

the location is awesome i tell you! gloucester road tube station is like, two minutes away, so convenient! and the staff? oh my gosh, super friendly and always ready to help! the aesthetic is so pretty and everything is sparkling clean! it has great facilities too.
the walls feel kinda thin, i could hear the neighbors a bit. but it was minor though.

The hotel is near the gloucester road tube station. It's only about a two minute walk, i checked. this area has several bus stops as well, super convenient for public transport. there are lots of places to eat close by.

the club atrium room felt small. i expected more space considering what i paid. also, the staff seemed disinterested and the service was definitely slow. it's like they just didn't care much about the guests.

i found the room very clean and cosy it included a small kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher i saw plates, cups, vine glasses, good cutlery, teabags and coffee pods. there was also an iron with ironing board in the big wardrobe. the shower was very good it had good pressure and temperature. i enjoyed the pool it was quiet
the place looks great and the staff look great but the service was slow. we had three apartments for four days and had the same bad experience every day. the waitstaff struggled with the ordering system. the gym machines showed different times

the hotel is just a short walk from the underground station about four minutes i think. there were plenty of cafes and coffeeshops around the corner so i had lots of options for breakfast and lunch. several parks and museums are nearby too

The room size was great! i stayed in a club atrium and loved it. the pool was also really awesome. It felt luxurious. the gym had plenty of equipment. I could keep up with my routine.
the lighting was a bit dim, it was hard to see in the evening.

the room i got was really dark, it was not easy to see things even when i turned on all the lights. i felt the rooms and bathroom should have had better lighting. this made doing makeup a bit of a struggle.

The location was excellent. It was close to the tube station. the room had a kitchenette and a comfortable mattress. the quality of the bed linen stood out. the automatic login for returning guests using the toh app was convenient.
the cleaning service could have been more thorough, though the room was generally tidy.

the staff was efficient with communications regarding payments, providing confirmations, and reminders. house jack's responses were accurate when i asked how to log into wifi for a secondary guest, which i appreciated, though i didn't use the service myself.

the room included a selection of quality teas and coffee. the kitchenette had adequate space for preparing light meals. there were no cooking pans, but we did not plan to do more than make tea.
